The breakfast was amazing because so many choices were offered. The staff was very nice and accomodating.

I ended up in a room that smelled like cigarettes - my only reason for not giving it a 10

Very pleasant surprise! So many things in Istanbul are so bad. This hotel was clean, semi friendly, good location, breakfast included, and had some parking. Bathroom good size, bedroom good size, decent beds and linens. I only stayed 2 nights but I probably could have done 5-6 which is all the time you need in Istanbul. Breakfast included was truly a surprise and it was pretty good too! Close to filed and cafes, close to the B1 and ferry for transport.

Pillows weren’t in great shape but didn’t mind bc everything else was fine.

Breakfast was very good. Internet was free and good.

The room smelled like cigarettes. We told them and they didn't clean it until the next day.We paid extra for a bathtub but when we tried to use it it didn't work and poured filth into the tub.

Staff is great and helpful. The room is fine and clean. No noise. Booking.com price was very attractive. We had a late dinner in that cafe opposite the street.

Probably the location of the hotel is 10 minutes for a walk from the metro station and with luggage a bit inconvenient.

All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The bathroom is spacious and clean. And we haven't heard any noise during our stay, neither from the nearby streets nor the other rooms.

Needs some renovation, especially the bathroom, some things are falling apart. The breakfast was basic and the price is a little bit high compared with what you get. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast was good but the location was very good, easy to reach to the shops either walking or by public transport.

The stuff are amazing! Helpful and cheerful. The room on the other hand was really comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was done to the point. the hotel is near all transport points and accessible. Breakfast was delicious and has variety. Surely recommended ??‍♀️✅

Location is really suitable

We got a smoker room, but we had booked a nonsmoker room. It worth mentioning that the hotel staff ensured that this issue was caused because they did not have a non-smoker room right now, but they promised that they will change the room on the next day. However we had just 1 night and did not check how they keep their word:)

Friendly staff

There in lobby area in the wall is foto of forbidden smoking, but when I enter the room and 6 floor you feel the smell.I asked if receptionist, he answered that we can’t do anything ?

The staff was very friendly and super helpful with any requests we had. The location is not far from Bostanci train station and Bostanci pier as we wanted. Rooms were quite clean. It had good breakfast.

Rooms need big upgrade. Our bath door was broken, not able to close properly and it leaked so much water every time we took a shower. Our room was ok, but not soundproof at all. We could hear everyone talking in the next rooms and closing windows did not make any difference in isolating road noise. We could hear every car passing even though we were on 6th floor.

In general, it was clean, but I have to say there was mould in the bathroom.

No hot water and kept getting told it would be fixed. Which it did not. Very poor. They should have been honest. Had to wait for refund to come through before I could but in a real review. Manager threatened me with no refund if I did not put in a nice review

The breakfast was lovely, especially Omar the guy in charge of breakfast. He was very welcoming and helpful. In general the staff were helpful and nice.
